Terms and Conditions
Online Shopping
We have taken great care in presenting the products
on our website(s) as accurately as possible. However, the
images you see will depend on your monitor's
display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable
to guarantee that the product images you see are an
accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
Before
you place an order you should read the following:
Acceptance of your Order,
Delivery Information and
Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms
and conditions and contain important information about
your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you
represent and warrant that the payment details provided
on your order are valid and correct, and that when your
order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be
made in full. If the Billing Details for your order are
the same as your Delivery Address details, by placing an
order on the website you confirm that you are the person
referred to in the Delivery Address details. Otherwise,
by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person
referred to in the Billing details.
Visitors under the age of 16 should not sign into
this website or submit any information to us.

Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us an email will be
sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your
order. This email is not an order confirmation or
order acceptance from Grakka Limited.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract
between you and Grakka Limited will take place when your order
is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in
accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set
out below. Where you specify Offline Credit Card
as the method of payment, we do not take payment for
your goods until the order is ready for despatch.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of
the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock, see

- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your
payment
- The identification of a pricing or product
description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria
set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Our staff will be delighted to help you place an
order over the telephone, advise you on the range of
merchandise we offer on our website and help you with
queries about payment. Our office is open from 9am to 3 pm Monday to

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact
us by:
- calling 01803 712712
during office hours.
- returning your acknowledgement email to us stating
your intention to cancel the order
It may not always be possible to stop an order
from being despatched, as we endeavour to process
orders immediately. If your order has already been
despatched please return the order in accordance
with our
Returns
Policy.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa
Delta, Electron American Express, Diners Card JCB, Switch and Solo.
All debit and credit cards are
processed for you by either by Worldpay, PayPal or NatWest Streamline for an
approximate 2% fee of your purchase. The balance is paid to
us. The total amount you pay is unaffected,
regardless of the payment method used.

Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling.
Both the ex VAT and VAT inclusive prices are shown,
where applicable.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at
any time.

Product Availability / Information
If an
item that you order is out of stock, subject to a
delay, or the price is higher than that shown on your
order acknowledgement email, we will try to contact you at the email address
you provided when placing your order. If we cannot
contact you or receive no response to our email, we will
continue to process the remaining items on your order.
All items are subject to availability. If, due to
unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute
an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than
that which it replaces. Substitutions will
only be made with your prior consent.

Delivery Information
Delivery charges are fully described on the Carriage Charges Page,
which forms a part of these terms and conditions.
As a rule we process and despatch orders every
weekday. Our courier, Interlink collects at 2pm
every day and goods are despatched on a service that
provides for them to be delivered to the bulk of UK
mainland addresses before 3pm the next day.
On the day that your goods are despatched you
will receive an email advising you of the couriers
reference number. This may be used to track the
precise whereabouts of the goods at any moment up
until they are received by you.
Allowing, for unexpected events, weather,
breakdowns etc, it would be highly unusual for you
not to have received your goods within 5 days of
ordering.
Large / Bulky Goods / Special Order
Large and bulky goods are subject to additional
carriage charges and delivery times may vary. Individual
rates and delivery times will be included in the product
information for each individual item.

Message Card and Gift Wrapping
We do not currently offer a message card or gift
wrapping service for online orders.

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with
any purchase made with Grakka Limited. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
exchange or refund your goods within 10 days of
receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the
same condition as supplied to you.

Returns Instructions
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid.
Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s
responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the
case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You must return the goods, together with their
packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
Please help us by making it clear where the goods
have come from by clearly stating your name plus
your original order reference on the address label.
