How to Use


The Amigo is an ideal introductory food smoker with an impressive 50lb food smoking capacity. Designed for smaller cuts of meat and shorter smoking sessions, the Amigo is based on the signature ProQ modular design, but in a lighter weight steel. It has a different base construction in which a charcoal bowl sits directly on the unit legs rather than in a separate base. The Amigo also features a charcoal separator providing an indirect heat cooking option. Available in a black powder coated finish.
